If you want to ship to an address that is different from your billing address it is possible. As you go through our checkout process, simply enter your shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page.
RETURN POLICY
At Cococho your satisfaction is our first priority. We strive to make products that are of the highest quality, easy to use, and comfortable. However, there is a learning curve to using any new product, particularly for baby carriers. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with our products, please contact us. We can offer guidance and assist with a solution.
If that solution is to return the product, we have made that simple too: Full-priced items purchased directly from the Cococho website are eligible for complimentary return within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs of items purchased on sale, a discounted price, or during a promotion will be the responsibility of the customer. International orders will not be eligible for complimentary returns and postage expenses will be the responsibility of the international customer. The returned items must be in new condition, with original tags and packaging. Please contact info@cocochobaby.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Cococho prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we recommend all items be returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Cococho is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item is received by Cococho, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. Please allow several weeks for Cococho to refund your credit card upon receipt.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
A change of details of your order or order cancelation is possible only if your order wasn't shipped yet. Please contact info@cocochobaby.com.
